Rahul Shandilya — Creator of IPASIS

Rahul is a software engineering leader with more than a decade of experience building large-scale backend systems, API platforms, and security-focused data pipelines. His work has spanned distributed systems, high-availability cloud architectures, and abuse-prevention automation used at scale.

Over the years, he noticed a recurring gap with existing IP intelligence services: datasets were often outdated, opaque, or too generic to be useful for real-world risk decisions. Rahul created IPASIS to solve these gaps — bringing transparency, speed, and accuracy to IP reputation scoring.

Today, he leads the evolution of the IPASIS platform, focusing on reliable data ingestion, real-time scoring, and a developer-first API experience.
